  • 1. Introduction
  • 1.1 IF YOU ARE A CONSUMER YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF DELIVERY. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION SEE CLAUSE 8.1 BELOW.

  • 1.3 Nothing in these T&Cs affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • 1.4 We may change these T&C’s at any time. Please check them carefully whenever you make a purchase.
  • 2. Payment and price
  • 2.1 Payment is in advance by credit card on our website. We will only process payments if we obtain authorisation and upon delivery of the goods to you.
  • 2.2 The price for the goods you order is stated clearly on our site. VAT is included unless we say otherwise. We may change the price of goods at any time before you send us your order.
  • 2.3 If we have mis-priced any item by mistake, we are not obliged to supply at that price provided we notify you before we despatch it. Delivery is charged extra at the rate specified when you place your order.
  • 3. Your order
  • 3.1 Your order is an offer to buy from us. Please check your order carefully to ensure it is correct. Please supply us with any necessary information relating to the goods you order within a sufficient time to enable us to perform this contract.
  • 4. Acceptance
  • 4.1 There will be no binding contract of any kind between you and us unless and until we actually despatch the goods to you. Until then we may decline to supply the goods to you without giving any reason. Nothing else that we do or say will amount to acceptance of your offer.
  • 5. Unavailability
  • 5.1 If any goods are unavailable, we will notify you of the unavailability as soon as possible. If the item you have ordered is unavailable we will notify you and will refund the full amount back to your account as soon as possible. 

 

  • 6. Delivery
  • 6.1 We will arrange for delivery to the address which you specify when ordering subject to section 10 below.
  • 6.2 We will do our best to arrange delivery within the time specified on our website or (if none) 30 days of the date of your order but we cannot guarantee delivery by these times. Our liability of any kind for late delivery or failure to deliver is limited to the price payable for the goods.
  • 6.3 An extra delivery charge may become payable if you are not present to accept delivery or if we decide that it will cost us to ship the item more than we have expected (for example if you live in an island or in places difficult to access for curriers or Royal Mail). In that case we will contact you and ask you to pay additional fee, if you still wish to proceed with your order.
  • 6.4 Risk of damage or loss to the goods passes to you on delivery or, if you wrongfully refuse delivery, when delivery is attempted.
  • 7. Ownership
  • 7.1 Property (ie ownership) of the goods shall not pass to you before we have received cleared payment for the goods.
  • 8. Right to cancel
  • 8.1 If you are a consumer, you have the right within 2 working days of delivery of goods to cancel the contract by letter (by hand or post), fax or email.
    If you cancel, you must return the goods together with the invoice to the above address at your expense. Please return the item to us within 7 days of cancellation in order to receive a full refund. If you notify us of your intention to cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us within 7 days, your cancellation is void.
    Goods must be returned in pristine condition in its original packaging, and all sealed accessories, instructions, and manuals also in pristine condition, complete with any free gifts or accessories provided.
    8.2 Returns should be made within 7 working days from the date of receipt, and all goods must be in its original, pristine condition including manufacturer’s packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.*
    In all cases of cancellation or return, the product must be complete and in pristine condition. If you open the box to check the product, you must do so without damaging or marking the product or its factory packaging. Please do not use or install the goods unless you are completely satisfied and decide to keep your purchase. It is important that goods are returned in pristine condition in its original packaging, and all sealed accessories, instructions, and manuals also in pristine condition, complete with any free gifts or accessories provided.
    We will examine all returns/cancellation thoroughly, and reserve the right to refuse a refund or deduct up to 50% of the original selling price, if the product has not been returned in its pristine condition fit for resale.

  • We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser following the original method of payment once it is received by us and has passed inspection. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
    This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.
    *This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty or not as described.
    Products we are unable to refund
    We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to order (such as engraving), special order or perishable goods unless they are faulty or not as described.
    For reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty or not as described: all bedding, personal grooming products, jewellery, toilet seats and accessories, some mobility aids and accessories and personal hygiene products. This does not affect your statutory rights.
    For your own protection, we strongly advise you use recorded delivery, registered post or other secure method of delivery that requires signature upon delivery and retain the receipt until you have received credit for your return.
    We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Proof of postage is not sufficient to claim for a refund unless we actually receive the goods safely.
  • 9. General
  • 9.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by English law and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
  • 9.2 If any part of these T&Cs is deemed ineffective for any reason, the remainder shall continue shall in full force.
  • 9.3 A person who is not a party to this agreement shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement.
  • 9.4 Neither party is liable for failure to perform or delay in performing any obligation (excluding payment) under this agreement if the failure or delay is caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
  • 10. Orders from outside the UK
  • 10.1 If you are outside the UK, you are responsible for import duties and other taxes which may apply once the package reaches your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
  • 10.2 You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
  • 10.3 Sales through this website are made on the strict understanding that such sale or use of goods is lawful in your country and does not breach contracts which restrict distribution in your country (and you must take reasonable steps to check). If such sale or use is unlawful or impermissible, any contract of sale will be void from the start. If you become aware of this, please notify us immediately and return the goods to us.
